Located near Coonabarabran in NSW, Warrumbungle National Park proudly holds the title of Australia’s first Dark Sky Park, offering unmatched opportunities for stargazing, amateur astronomy, and camping beneath some of the clearest skies in the world.

The park’s most iconic feature, The Breadknife, rises dramatically 90 metres above the valley floor, showcasing the power of nature and the park’s timeless beauty. The Breadknife and Grand High Tops walk, celebrated as one of the finest hikes in NSW, takes visitors up close to these striking volcanic rock formations, providing panoramic views that are simply unforgettable.
